Flathead County Sheriff's Office took a report Friday morning of a 1992 Jeep Cherokee stolen from 10th Avenue West. It was found a few hours later at the base of Lone Pine, stuck on rocks.

Clothing was reported stolen at La Quinta Inn. Items were taken from a storage unit on U.S. 2 east.

A deputy investigated a disturbance in Kila, where a woman reportedly had a restraining order against a man with seven arrests for domestic assault and she has one of her own. The man was given a ride to another house. Other family disturbances were reported east of Kalispell and just west of town, where two brothers separated for the night Thursday.

A parent reported that an 11-year-old boy keeps punching her 7-year-old son in the face. Another mother said a girl hit her son in the face in Hungry Horse.

A woman reported being beaten on Bear Trail; a suspect was later charged with DUI.

A mother asked for an officer to look at bones found in a backpack that was given to her son. Determination: Not human.

A prowler was reported on Grove Street near Columbia Falls. Someone was seen trying to get into a storage shed on River Road.

A neighborhood dispute was reported on Maxine Drive.
