A 19-year-old man was arrested Saturday evening for careless driving, having no auto insurance and being a minor possessing alcohol. A 20-year-old woman passenger was arrested for possessing drug paraphernalia and being a minor possessing alcohol.

A 20-year-old man was arrested for possessing drugs that he intended to sell, along with a 20-year-old man arrested for possessing drug paraphernalia and driving with no insurance nor driver's license.

A 26-year-old man was arrested Sunday for hitting his wife and possessing marijuana.

A Cornelius Hedges school classroom was broken into and numerous items were spilled and overturned during the weekend.
