Police stopped a vehicle at 11 p.m. and charged one occupant with his second DUI and another with her fourth DUI because they couldn't agree on which person was driving.

Someone broke a window and stole stereo equipment from a vehicle on Second Avenue East.

Two missing boys were found safe at Woodland Park. Help was needed with an-out-of-control 13-year-old girl on East California Street.

Two girls fought on Sixth Avenue West. A brother-in-law and his girlfriend overextended their welcome on Seventh Avenue West; everyone was separated.

A man was reported sleeping in a truck parked in a handicap spot outside the Bulldog. He apparently awakened and went inside. Police removed fictitious license plates from the vehicle; the drowsy man said it isn't his and walked home.
