Kalispell Police took 34 complaints about fireworks from Tuesday afternoon until Wednesday afternoon. Some people got warnings. Some got tickets. The police department got a collection of explosives it confiscated.

A house on Seventh Avenue West was entered without permission. The front window was broken in a house on Russell Drive.

An out-of-control teenage girl was reported on Fourth Avenue West. An out-of-control man was reported in the hospital's emergency room.

Traffic stops early Wednesday yielded the arrest of a man for DUI on 12th Street West and the arrest of a woman for possession of drugs on Main Street.

A vehicle on Fourth Avenue East was relieved of cash, a wedding ring and a purse.

In the Men Behaving Strangely category was a man carrying a large pipe on Third Avenue West and a man who snoozed on the lawn of a business on North Meridian Road.

Windows were kicked in at a home on Second Avenue West. Vandalism was reported at Aero Inn and Southside Speedy Lube. A vehicle was the target of a BB gun on Sixth Avenue West. Paint was scratched on a vehicle at Woodland Park.

Someone redecorated a neighborhood on Third Avenue East by moving a wicker chair from one porch to a neighbor's yard.

Participants in an exhibition of domestic strife separated for the night on Third Avenue East.

On Tuesday, someone reported a sexual assault that allegedly happened 10 days ago at Scotty's bar.

A stray kitten took refuge under a house on Eighth Avenue West and an injured bird was found in an alley on Seventh Street West.
