Kalispell police were called at 1:30 a.m. when a vehicle hit a building on Fifth Avenue East and the driver fled. He left behind his license plate and other pieces of his vehicle. At about 3 a.m., a man skulked around the same area and hid behind bushes. Police tracked the license plate to a vehicle parked in a garage. The matter is under investigation.
