dealt with the fallout from a brief, but powerful, rain storm that left some parts of town without electricity and trees sparking from downed power lines Friday afternoon.
Police were called to a couple of fights downtown after midnight. Officers talked to one man several times during the night and finally charged him with disorderly conduct at about 2 a.m. after a fight.
There were complaints about bad driving around town. Construction still has traffic clotted on Baker Avenue.
