Someone called the Flathead County Sheriff's Office

| June 4, 2006 1:00 AM

after a fight in a Martin City bar turned ugly. Many people were involved and began hitting one another with pipes.

They were gone and there were no assault victims when deputies arrived.

A couple of teenagers were reportedly drag racing Friday evening.

A customer in the drive-through of a local restaurant refused to leave and threatened employees.

Around 3 a.m. Saturday, someone who said he lived in California called a Martin City man to tell him he was excited to have his two granddaughters visit. The caller called the girls by their first names, but the grandfather doesn't know anyone in California and says no one is planning a trip there.

Someone drove over the shrubs a man planted along his property. He believes it was done intentionally; he is having an ongoing dispute with a neighbor.

A man reported missing building supplies, including a compressor, washing machine, chain saw and tools.

A woman from Olney called to report she'd heard a mountain lion in her trailer court the night before.

Horses, llamas and dogs got loose and created a road hazard, as did a dead elk.

A 54-year-old man was arrested for DUI.
