received several animal-related calls Tuesday.

Two horses and a mule made a getaway near Conrad Drive and Willow Glen. According to the caller, this was the third breakout onto the road in three days.

Another group of 40 escapee cows made life difficult for drivers in West Valley on Stillwater Road just before 8 a.m. A message was left for the owner that a roundup was in order.

Several residents along Foys Canyon got a shock Tuesday when they went to retrieve their mail. Someone had stuffed dead rabbits in their mail boxes.

A disturbance was reported Monday evening on Zimmerman Road. A man was reportedly going down the street with a gun to shoot his neighbor. He apparently thought better of it and returned to his house. No one was arrested.
