Kalispell police

Kalispell police took a report from a man who said he was assaulted and threatened by two men on Seventh Street West, but didn't want medical attention.

A boy romped naked through Smith's at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday and then streaked out to a getaway car full of teenagers waiting in the parking lot.

There were several reports of fights and suspicious gatherings of people. Fights were reported on Eighth Avenue West and at Woodland Park. A man allegedly punched his girlfriend in the mouth at the Finish Line bar, but she didn't want to talk to officers.

An officer mediated a dispute between sisters at 4 a.m. Monday on Greatview Drive. An hour later, one of the girls called to say her sister punched her in the mouth and forced her out of the house. She called back to say nothing happened and she was just trying to sleep.

The Jetta on Garland Street was black before it was plastered with 18 eggs.

A sleeping man was awakened from a lawn on 10th Street West and sent on his way.

A man was arrested for his third DUI on First Avenue East.

On Fourth Avenue East, someone appeared to be trying to hide from a resident. Later, two flat tires were found on a vehicle.

The death of a 25-year-old man is under investigation.

Graffiti was found on the library and in the men's room at Depot Park.

A parrot was stuck in a tree on Sixth Avenue East, where the owner decided to put out the bird's cage, baited with food, and hope that it flew back in on its own.
