Ann M. Daudermann, 84

Ann M. Daudermann, 84, passed away of natural causes on Wednesday March 8, 2006, in Kalispell.

She was born Annie May Brown in Denison, Texas, on Nov. 1, 1921. Her family soon moved to Tucson, Ariz., where she attended school and graduated from Tucson High School in 1939. Her parents were Ira "Max" and Pauline Brown of Tucson.

In 1944, while working at Davis-Monthan Air Base, she met and married the love of her life, Keith Daudermann. For 20 years, she was an active military wife and mother, moving the family from one base to another. She was an accomplished singer, and loved to dance. Ann also enjoyed playing golf and bridge.

The family retired from the military in 1965, and moved to Aurora, Colo. Keith and Ann moved back to Tucson in 1983. In 1996, they moved to Great Falls, and in 2001, they moved to Kalispell to be close to their daughter.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband of 61 and a half years, Keith, in November 2005; a son, Keith Jr.; her parents, and her brothers, Max Brown and Aaron "Pete" Brown.

Ann is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Paula and Roger Van Voast, of Bigfork; a grandson, Jay Van Voast and his wife, Jessica, of Bozeman;, a sister and brother-in-law, Harriet and Gerald Garrison of Tucson; a brother, G.W. "Bill" Brown of El Paso, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, March 13, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home, with the Rev. Brenda Wills officiating. Burial will follow at C.E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery.

The family request memorials in Ann's name be given to Brendan House, 350 Conway Dr., Kalispell, MT 59901.
