are investigating a report that a man fired a gun in an upstairs apartment on Sixth Avenue East. A woman in the apartment below said the shot came through her ceiling and nearly hit someone.

A man was seen snorting something in an alley behind Main Street. Another man was found going through trash cans in an alley behind Seventh Avenue West.

A pellet-gun shot chipped a vehicle on Third Street West.
