Two drunken men

Two drunken men were panhandling for gas money in the Wal-Mart parking lot Friday evening. When a deputy from the Flathead County Sheriff's Office arrived, they agreed to stop.

A Wal-Mart official gave the men permission to sleep in their van in the parking lot until they were sober.

Someone from Greg's Homes on Montana 35 called to report a TV had been re-stolen. When it was stolen the first time, the thief was caught and the TV returned.

Someone took the TV again sometime in the last few days.

A man was reportedly shot in the back with a pellet gun by someone in a silver Chevy pickup. The pellet didn't stick in the skin, so the man didn't require medical assistance.

A 43-year-old man was arrested in Martin City for DUI.
