High-school graduations set for next week

It's almost a wrap on another high-school year as the Class of 2006 prepares to go through graduation ceremonies across the Flathead Valley next week.
Saturday, June 3, is the main graduation day, when seniors from Columbia Falls, Bigfork, Whitefish and Flathead high schools will receive their diplomas in separate ceremonies.
On June 2, Stillwater Christian School and Laser alternative high school hold graduation ceremonies.
Bridge Academy in Kalispell closes everything out June 5.
Here are details on commencement ceremonies:
-Bigfork High School - Graduation is at 1 p.m. June 3 in the high school gym. A senior awards and scholarship presentation is 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, in the gym. The last day of classes for seniors is June 2; the last day for other students is June 9.
-Columbia Falls High School - Commencement ceremonies will be at 11 a.m. June 3 in the high-school gym. The final day of classes for seniors is June 1 with graduation rehearsal June 2. The last day for the remaining students is June 9.
-Flathead High School - Commencement will be at 3 p.m. June 3 in Majestic Valley Arena. A voluntary, student-led baccalaureate will be at 10 a.m. June 3 in the Flathead High School auditorium. The last day for seniors is June 1. Classes for other students end with 2:10 p.m. dismissal June 9.
-Stillwater Christian School - Graduation is at 6:30 p.m. June 2 in the school gym. Seniors' last day of class is Friday, May 26, with the seniors leaving for a class trip later. All other students get dismissed for the summer at 11:30 a.m. June 7.
-Whitefish High School - Graduation will be at 1 p.m. June 3 in the high-school gym. A voluntary baccalaureate will be a day earlier in the gym. Check with the school for the time. Seniors' last day of classes is June 2, with graduation rehearsal in the afternoon. The last day for everyone else is June 8.
-Laser School - Graduation exercises will be at 11 a.m. June 2 in the school gym.
-Bridge Academy - Graduation is planned for 6 p.m. June 5 in the Outlaw Inn.
