Columbia Falls police

arrested a 15-year-old girl Monday on suspicion of breaking into a home on Eighth Street West, where she is accused of causing some damage.

A mother went to school to pick up her child and learned that the boy wouldn't be in school all week. Officers are investigating whether a charge of custodial interference is warranted.

Vehicles at the high school were hit with eggs Sunday.
