Dillon upends Eureka in state opener

BOZEMAN - Dillon spoiled Eureka's trip to the Class A state tournament, posting a 25-16, 25-14, 20-25, 25-19 victory in opening-round action.

Amy Roberts led Eureka with six aces, 21 kills, three blocks and 14 digs.

Hauley Pettit had 12 kills for Dillon and three blocks.

Eureka is back in action today in a loser-out match with Lewistown.

Eureka competed in Class B last year, finishing second at state.
