Dorothy Mae Johnson, 86

Dorothy Mae Johnson, 86, passed away on Monday, Nov. 27, 2006, at Brendan House in Kalispell. She was born Feb. 23, 1920, in Newbury, N.D., to Norman and Hilda (Hall) Hamilton. Dorothy received her education in North Dakota graduating high school there.

She married Rodney Johnson Nov. 30, 1946, in Plentywood.

She enjoyed playing pinochle, dancing, crossword puzzles and flower gardening.

She traveled with her husband and enjoyed the exercise of walking.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sisters, Lillian and Sylvia; and one brother, Roy.

She is survived by her daughter; Ginger Grimm, of Kalispell; and one son, Terry Wirtzberger of Sheridan, Wyo.; three granddaughters; Lori, Kristi and Robin; and four great-grandchildren; Chris, Amanda, Cody and Carly.

The family chooses not to have services at this time.
