was called when an electronic locating device used on airplanes was transmitting from somewhere between Somers and Lake Mary Ronan on a military frequency. There are no reports of missing aircraft.

Disturbances were reported on Ezy Drive, Montana 35, and in Haywire Gulch.

A man who called his home in Hungry Horse while he was out of town was disturbed when someone he doesn't know answered. He suspected a party was going on there.

Flames were reported in Martin City, but it was only the lights from an ambulance.

Someone in an apartment on Montana wanted Michael to leave. The resident didn't want him sleeping on the floor, and didn't want blankets on the floor. A deputy gave Michael a ride to Kalispell.

A train went off the tracks at about 3 a.m. Tuesday near the Plum Creek mill by Columbia Falls. No one was hurt.

There were two reports of identity theft and one report of rape.
