Kalispell Police arrested a man Monday after a woman said she let him stay at her apartment and he sexually assaulted her. The man also allegedly fought a neighbor who came to help the woman. He was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, sexual assault and assault. His opinion on the situation was loudly verbalized when he was in the police department's booking room, adjacent to City Council chambers, where a meeting was under way.

A domestic problem was reported on Third Avenue West North.

A man stood on a porch on Eighth Street East to get a better look in a window.

An officer checked out a report of a man who appeared to be carrying a baby and long black object that looked like a gun. He was actually carrying his little white dog and a flashlight and was up to nothing more sinister than picking up his wife from work.

A man was warned of complaints about his behavior and reckless driving on Fifth Avenue West.

A burglary that happened Sunday or Monday was reported Tuesday at Collector's Best Sportscards And Memorabilia.
