Road rage, bite lead to charges

A woman was arrested Thursday evening after a road-rage incident led to a savage bite.

Nauni Griffith, 29, was arrested on a felony aggravated assault charge.

According to Flathead County Sheriff's Office deputies, the woman was irritated by a driver who reportedly drifted out of his traffic lane.

She and someone else followed the driver to his home. On Birch Grove Road, a fight ensued. Griffith reportedly took a swing at the driver and then bit his wife's forearm.

The bite left a deep, gaping wound that required hospitalization. A medical worker at the scene reportedly passed out while attending to the woman.

Griffith was jailed on $50,000 bond.
