Neighbors shooting high-powered rifles in a subdivision

The Flathead County Sheriff's Office reported that a North Fork Road resident wanted to talk to someone about neighbors shooting high-powered rifles in a subdivision. More shooting was reported at Lion Lake Campground. A resident on Browns Meadow Road caught a man shooting a deer on his property. The deer went to the Food Bank, and law enforcement dealt with the poacher.

An assault was reported on Frontage Road. The alleged victim went by private vehicle to the hospital.

From East Edgewood Drive came a report from a woman that her husband's family was there, telling her she couldn't leave and couldn't take anything from the house. A deputy told the relatives to leave.

People in a dispute on West View Drive were separated for the evening. Threats were reported on Frontage Road.

Among several reports of suspicious circumstances was a man dressed all in black who ran when an East Reserve Drive resident arrived in his driveway at 1 a.m. Monday. A lock was later found cut off a shed. At Eagle Fueling Station on U.S. 2, doors were found open and a ceiling grate had been removed. Nothing was found to be missing.

A woman on Eastman Drive was arrested at about 3 a.m. Monday when she reportedly went on a rampage inside her house. No one was hurt.

Mailbox terrorists failed to cause damage on Columbia Falls Stage Road.

The Big Sky Waterslide parking lot wasn't a good place for someone to dump several bags of trash.

A passer-by was concerned about a teenager walking on U.S. 2 near Ziggy's. The boy had no shirt on and looked cold.

Mail was found in the woods near the Swan Highway.
