Laundry report was all wet

Whitefish police took a complaint earlier in the week about clothing stolen at Alpine Laundry. It turned out to be a wash, though, when some people returned the laundry and said they took it by mistake. The business put a happy spin on the situation by returning the laundry to its out-of-town owners.

Prescription drugs were reported stolen from a purse at Idaho Timber. Thefts from two vehicles happened on State Park Road.

Drinkers were reported at City Beach, and campers were reported by the railroad tracks.
