Thomas Warren 'Tom' Murphy, 55, passed away at his home in Marion on Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2006. Tom was born on July 13, 1951, in Tulare, Calif., the son of Maime Sue and Lou Murphy.

Tom is survived by his parents, Sue and Lou Murphy; his brother, Tim Murphy; and sister, Coleen Paggie; his ex-wife, Deborah Lujan, and their three children, Dedra Espindola, William Murphy and Melissa Murphy. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Kiane Murphy, Alissa Murphy and Gabriella Espindola.

Tom worked for his dad's tire business growing up in Tulare where he lived until the '90s. He then moved to Marion and worked for Paul Margini, and then worked for Penske Auto Senter.

Tom really enjoyed the outdoors. He loved to fish and hunt. He will be very dearly missed by everyone.

Viewing will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, at Global Miller Funeral Home, 144 South L Street, Tulare, CA 93274.

Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 30, at a gravesite at 900 E. Kern Ave., in Tulare.
