| October 28, 2006 1:00 AM

Kalispell Police stopped a driver on suspicion of drunken driving Thursday night on Center Street. He was handcuffed behind his back and placed in a patrol car. Assistant Police Chief Roger Krauss said the man managed to manipulate his arms from behind his back to his front and then "urinated all over inside the car." As a result, he was charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, criminal mischief and having an open container of alcohol.

A 7-year-old boy who was missing from his home on Empire Loop was found at a nearby playground.

Two boys plus a carton of eggs equaled predictable mischief on 11th Street East Thursday.

A man was arrested on a charge of drug possession after a traffic stop on East Idaho Street.

A woman reported finding a co-worker going through her purse Thursday.

Among the candidates for worst customer of the day was a man who got angry over a credit-card transaction and kicked a bucket of water on his way out of a convenience store. Runner-up was the motel customer who smoked in the hall and caused damage when he put out the illicit cigarette.
