Wayne Donald Britt, 47

| October 29, 2006 1:00 AM

Wayne Donald Britt, 47, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2006, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center, following a work-related accident.

Wayne left us suddenly on Thursday to be with his hero, his father. Wayne was born in Billings on April 22, 1959, to Miriam (Britt) Foot and John Britt. He joined many sisters and brothers on that day. "Waynie" to those of us who he left behind was an adorable baby, even winning the cutest baby contest in Roundup, where he grew up.

His three most important things in life were his karaoke, his guitar and selling siding and roofing. These were only outshined by his love for the "Lord Jesus and his all-important family, who he loved so very, very much." He was often heard to say, "I love you so much!" to whoever was next to him or wrapped in his arms. When he hugged you, you had to be the first one to let go, because he wouldn't until he was sure you knew you were loved by him. His mission in life was to be sure his mom was OK and that he knew where his brothers and sisters were.

Wayne was preceded in death by his hero and dad, John Britt Jr.; brothers, Ricky and Ross Britt; a sister, Sharon Rios; and his precious baby, John Richard Britt, IV.

He is survived by his mother, Miriam Foot; his "Poppa," Frank Foot; four brothers, Lloyd Waller, Steven Waller and his wife Mona, Randy Britt, Ryan Britt and his wife Nancy; five sisters, Cynthia Whitbeck, Lynne Cook and her husband Steven, Judy Mason, Pat Meznarich and Pam Britt; and by many nieces and nephews. "We all miss him."

Private family services will be held at a later date. The family suggests that any memorial contributions be sent to the Brain Injury Association of Montana, 1280 S. 3rd West, Suite 4, Missoula, MT 59801.

Johnson Mortuary and Crematory is caring for Wayne's family.
