The Flathead County Sheriff's Office took a call Sunday about a bear and her brood on Reservoir Road near Whitefish. One cub was separated from its two siblings and the sow by a fence. A game warden was called.

Does a bear run in the woods? One did after taking a drink from a hose on Foothill Road. Another bear was reported in the road on Montana 35 by the Creston Center.

From Lake Five came a report that a dog was seen with a fawn in its mouth. A neighbor reportedly fired a gun in the air over the incident.

A man was arrested on Angel Point Road after trying to get into a home where he knows he's not welcome.

There's a suspect in the theft of items from a home on Maxine Drive.

People on Whalebone Drive agreed to stop shooting. There were two complaints about shooting on Hoffman Drive at 9 p.m. Sunday.

A deputy collected a man from the lawn near Wal-Mart and took him home. Two transients were content on the lawn in front of McDonald's and didn't want to leave when they were asked to.

Some people seemed to be tinkering with equipment at the county gravel pit.

A woman said people on motorcycles at the Columbia Falls fishing access hit her in the face and took money from her pocket.

Some teenage rafters returned home late, but safe.

It seemed like an underage drinking party in the Lake Blaine area, but it wasn't. It seemed like a fight on Airport Road, but it wasn't.

A man said he was possibly drugged and possibly sexually assaulted.

Loud music was unwelcome at 3 a.m. at Eastwood Village Trailer Park. Fireworks were reported near Bigfork at about 4 a.m.

A break-in was reported at a home on Forest Drive.

Runaway cows were returned home to Kuhn's Road.

A Friday night assault was reported Monday.
