Four projects up for hearings before board

The Flathead County Planning Board will hold public hearings on four subdivision applications during its regular meeting tonight.
The agenda items include:
. The preliminary plat for Moose subdivision, a 19-lot commercial project on 14 acres at 2138 U.S. 2, immediately south of Evergreen Junior High School.
The lots will range from 0.35 to 2.4 acres and will be connected to public sewer and water service. The project is expected to generate about 1,900 vehicle trips per day at full build-out.
. The preliminary plat for Cherry Hill Yacht Club Phase II, a 14-condominium-unit subdivision on 6.7 acres at 6675 U.S. 93, north of Lakeside.
All units will have public sewer and water service.
. The preliminary plat for Dancing Crane Ponds 2, a three-lot single-family subdivision on 38 acres at 2015 West Valley Drive.
All lots would have individual water wells and septic systems.
. The preliminary plat for Orphan Anner, a two-lot single-family subdivision on 5 acres at 3059 Trumble Creek Road.
All lots would have individual water wells and septic systems.
Tonight's planning-board meeting takes place in the second-floor conference room of the Earl Bennett Building in Kalispell, beginning at 6 p.m.
