Kalispell Police arrested a man for obstructing an officer

after a complaint that he had an open container of alcohol downtown.

An older man took a laptop computer into City Brew, where he perused pornography until he was told to leave.

After a traffic stop near Woodland Park, a man was arrested for DUI, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and riding a motorcycle without a license.

One man showed up in the hospital emergency room, saying he had been assaulted; two people were arrested on family member assault charges. Then, a man was treated for a stab wound. He said he accidentally fell on something sharp.

A child was hit by a car and was slightly injured on his way to school Tuesday morning on Meridian Road.

A woman said she invited a friend to stay at her house for a while and "now, he's nothing but trouble." She wanted an officer to tell him to leave. When police arrived, though, he said he had chest pains and went to the hospital.
