Arlonemay Elizabeth Erdman, 78

Arlonemay Elizabeth Erdman, 78, died April 1, 2007, at Colonial Manor in Whitefish.

She was born Jan. 17, 1929, to Charles E. Huntsucker and Alga Gordon Huntsucker in Marshfield, Ore.

Arlone was a tireless worker and led a colorful life. She was best known for the mischievous twinkle in her eye and her irresistibly funny cackle. And, of course, her coffee - with two sugars and a little cream.

Arlone had a strong belief in the Bible's promise of living forever on a paradise earth and she loved to share that hope with others.

She is survived by two sons, Gary D. Harmon and Arthur E. Harmon.

Appreciation goes out to caring friends who personally assisted her in her weekly activities, Dianne Guyton, and Bob and Pam Shanks, along with her longtime friend Harriett Damm, whose cheery letters always brought a smile to Arlone's face.

Special thanks to the wonderful staff members at Colonial Manor for their warm concern that made Arlone's stay a successful and happy one.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 14, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Whitefish.

Funeral services were cared for by Austin Funeral Home and Glacier Memorial Gardens.
