Guy Gary Gordon Stephenson, 57

Guy Gary Gordon Stephenson, 57, passed away at his mother's home near Whitefish on Thursday, March 29, 2007. He was surrounded by family when "he went to meet Jesus." He was born July 1, 1949, in Denver.

Gary lived at assisted living on Liberty Street in Kalispell. He was a longtime member of The Summit Health Club. He made many friends there and served as unofficial greeter and door opener. It was his favorite place to be, and he will be missed by all.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Ruby and Glen Zimmerman, of Whitefish; daughters, Krista Rook of Arizona and Tonya Gutierrez of California and Cody Stephenson of Texas; siblings, Mark Stephenson, Julie Hirschi and Brenda Heser, all of Whitefish, Richard and Mitchell Graeber of Billings, Jessica Flamm of Helena and Brian Zimmerman of Boise, Idaho; his grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 7, at the Four Square Church of Kalispell on U.S. 93, with a reception gathering of friends and family afterward at the Zimmerman family home, 1428 KM Ranch Road, in Whitefish.
