Two boys and two girls in a Ford Ranger at Dairy Queen got the attention of a vehicle owner when one of the boys jumped out and started tearing off the vehicle owner's bumper sticker. Kalispell police had a talk with the boy.

Threats between skateboarders Tuesday at Woodland Park got one of them expelled for the day.

A woman told the front-desk clerk that she was jumped by two men at the Blue and White Motel, then headed for the police station. Police are investigating.

Two residents were unhappy about youths running through and congregating in the residents' yards on Fifth Avenue WN and on Sylvan Court. At the first home, police warned the youths they are "not to be playing this in town."

A 25-year-old man received his second DUI after displaying signs of intoxication in a drive-through.

A rental-van window was broken at the Outlaw Inn parking lot, tires were slashed on the food bank's van, and other tires were stolen from a vehicle parked overnight at Automotion.

A burglary was reported on Fifth Avenue East.

Plastic bands which are used to bundle newspapers were clipped from the bundles and littered the street at Meridian and Third Street West.

A woman was arrested on obstruction charges in conjunction with a man being arrested on a warrant.

A tall man knocking on her windows unnerved a 10th Avenue West woman.

The woman in traffic on First Avenue East ran a light, drove in the middle of the road and looked despondent. That was just before she got into an accident, and was treated by the ambulance crew.
