Flathead netters fall to Sentinel

MISSOULA - Flathead High School's tennis teams both fell to Missoula Sentinel 7-1 Saturday afternoon in Missoula.

The Braves' No. 1 singles player Travis Cattron beat Sentinel's Phil Ehrlich in straight sets 6-3, 6-2.

Melanie Nelson handled Zoe Donovan in top-singles action 6-2, 6-4 for the Bravettes' lone victory.

It was Flathead's first outing of the season.

FHS also battled Helena High and Helena Capital, but those results were unavailable.

Class AA Flathead entertains Class A Bigfork at 4 p.m. Monday in a non-conference dual at the courts at Flathead Valley Community College.
