Meade wins two events in taekwondo

Cassidy Meade was a double winner for Big Sky Martial Arts (BSMA) at the Mining City Taekwondo Tournament in Butte on March 10.

Meade, 10, took firsts in forms and sparring. She competed in the senior blue belt division.

BSMA captured the team title with a 299 point total. Missoula Taekwondo Academy was second, 242, with Missoula Taekwondo Center third, 176.

Twelve schools from Montana participated.
