Flathead County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 19-year-old man on Shady Lane for partner assault after he allegedly punched his girlfriend in the face. He was also arrested on a contempt warrant out of Columbia Falls.

A man driving up and down Creston Road in his white Ford pickup truck struck a neighbor as suspicious. Deputies responded and spoke with the man, who, it turns out, was looking for a friend's house.

Between seven and nine puppies were reportedly abandoned in the parking lot of a store on U.S. 2 in Evergreen. Somebody saw a man do it and called deputies. But when deputies found the man down the road, the puppies were back in his truck.

A 14-year-old girl ran away from her Creston Road home.

Animal wardens found a goose with a broken wing on Ashley Drive. The bird is being cared for until it recovers.

A 17-year-old boy at a motel on East Idaho Street threatened to commit suicide. He was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center for a mental health evaluation.

Animal wardens were unable to catch an aggressive dog running loose on Grand Vista Drive.

A Shady Lane man called deputies to report that his nephew took his father's gun and pawned it. The complaint was later canceled.

A 17-year-old girl reported missing from the Kalispell area and last seen at a store on U.S. 2 in Evergreen is said to be headed for either California of Utah.

A dog was hit on Montana 35 near Fish Hatchery Road.
