Someone ended up with a heck of a hangover Sunday.

Shortly after 1 a.m., a drunken man banged on the car window on Leisure island, trying to get to another man inside. Flathead County Sheriff's Office deputies showed up and had to subdue the banging man by Tasering him. He fell into the river. A Kalispell Fire Department ambulance took him to Kalispell Regional Medical Center for possible hypothermia. Deputies ticketed the man and then released him.

On Sunday morning, a Columbia Falls-area woman reported a jewelry box with $7,000 worth of jewelry stolen from her home.

On Saturday evening, a woman assaulted another woman. However, deputies could not find the attacker that night.

Earlier in the evening, a vehicle hit a deer near Whitefish.

Later in the evening, a vehicle hit a fence at Trumbull Creek and Birch Grove roads .

Another deer was hit by a vehicle Sunday morning near Whitefish.

Minutes later, a vehicle hit a fence near Cayuse Prairie School.
