Columbia Falls police arrested a 27-year-old woman for assault, after she reportedly tried to kick in a neighbor's door on Seventh Street West.

The teacher overheard profanity during an argument between two high-school students, confronted the offender, then became the target of more blue language. Police arrested the 17-year-old boy on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
