Lucille Sweet Bossler Stocker, 66

Lucille Sweet Bossler Stocker, 66, a homemaker from the Shelby/Conrad area, passed away Sunday, Feb. 18, 2007, at the Pondera Medical Center Extended Care Unit after a lengthy illness.

A graveside service will be held in Kalispell at a later date. Whitted Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Condolences for the family may be sent to www.whittedfuneralchapel.com.

Survivors include daughters, Kari and Roy Brown of Billings, and Michelle Stocker of Conrad; sons, Robert and Lisa Stocker of Litchfield, Ill., and Raymond Stocker of Shelby; brother, Dr. David Bossler, of Lakeside; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister Barbara, and a granddaughter Elizabeth.

Lucy was born Feb. 2, 1941, at Miles City to Louis and Edna (Sweet) Bossler. She grew up in Kalispell and graduated from Flathead County High School.Lucille married Lloyd Robert Stocker on June 29, 1960, in Great Falls. She had lived in the Conrad/Shelby area since 1980.

She loved her family and always was interested in hearing how her grandchildren were doing. She also enjoyed visiting with her friends and playing cards.

The family suggests memorials be given to the Peace Hospice or the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
