He fought the law; guess who won

| February 22, 2007 1:00 AM

Whitefish police answered the call at about 1 a.m. on East Second Street, where a 19-year-old man was fighting his friend who tried to get him home. He ran from officers, then urinated on the jail-cell floor after being arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. For that, they added a count of criminal mischief.

Disorderly conduct and assault were the complaints made against a 14-year-old boy Wednesday afternoon at Whitefish Middle School.

A couple of joggers heard voices coming from inside the abandoned building on Wisconsin that used to house O'Piccolo's Pizza. Nobody was there when officers checked. It's not an uncommon occurrence, police said.
