Whitefish police

Whitefish police are investigating a reported sexual assault in the viaduct area.

A 15-year-old boy would not return home, so his father called police, who tracked him down at someone else's apartment. He jumped out a rear window before officers arrived. He later returned and ran again when police got there, but this time was taken into custody. He was charged with being an ungovernable juvenile.
