A cat ran loose

| January 8, 2007 1:00 AM

A cat ran loose Sunday inside the Target store, biting an employee before eluding a police dog. A Flathead County animal control officer caught the kitty in a net and hauled away the critter, Kalispell police reported.

A little later, a Frugals employee showed Target how it should be done by capturing a large loose Labrador dog, putting it in a vehicle and driving it to the pound.

On Saturday evening, police arrested a 19-year-old man for intending to sell drugs, an 18-year-old girl for possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia and a 19-year-old man for possessing alcohol in a Second Avenue East apartment.

The windows of several vehicles were broken Saturday at Glacier Toyota.
