Galen Warren 'Bud' Senner, 76

Galen Warren "Bud" Senner, 76, passed away Sunday, Jan. 7, 2007, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center in Kalispell. He was born Oct. 20, 1930, in Kalispell, to S.R. "Spike" and Daisy (Burnett) Senner.

Bud moved to Seattle and graduated from high school there. He then went to Welding Tech School. He worked for C and C Plywood Valley for 17 years and then Arco Aluminum for 17 years, retiring in 1986.

He married Carol Luckenbill on Aug. 20, 1978, in Idaho.

He was a member of the Moose Lodge.

Bud was involved in pool tournaments and horse racing, being involved with the Montana horse racing circuit. He loved highway riding on his motorcycle. He played guitar with a band. He enjoyed going up behind his property to watch the animals and the new building going up there.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Daisy; and two infant brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Senner, of Kalispell; two sons, Randy Senner and wife, Jenny, and Mark Senner and wife, Annette, all of Seattle; two daughters, Karen Senner and Cindy Senner, both of Seattle, his father, S.R. "Spike" Senner, of Kalispell; and one brother, Butch Senner, and wife, Peg, of Kalispell.

Funeral services for Bud will be held at 1 p.m. today, Jan. 11, in the Johnson Mortuary chapel. Burial will be afterward in Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia Falls.
