Flathead County Sheriff's deputies heard sparks flying at a local apartment due to a drunken landlord screaming as her husband tried to repair the tenant's electricity. Even he wanted deputies to get her out of the apartment.

A car was discovered in the ditch in front of Bissell School Friday morning with blood on the window and door. A neighbor said the car was "doing broadies" and there were beer cans all over the place.

Deputies received a blow-by-blow description of a '97 red KIA Sephia that the caller said her boyfriend had stolen in Hungry Horse and was spinning broadies until the tires smoked. But she later called to say she didn't want to press charges.

A panicked resident called deputies to report a loud thumping on the north side of her residence on North Hilltop Road. It turned out to be a wayward piece of siding.
