Flathead County Sheriff's deputies

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man on an Oregon warrant for parole violation. He was classified as a sexual offender in Oregon but neglected to register in Montana.

This isn't the first time a man has found his mailed packages opened and strewn across the road.

Deputies received a report of possible sexual assault.
