Maralyn Claire VanAlstine, 73, 'went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ' on Monday, Jan. 15, 2007. Maralyn was born March 10, 1933, in Hot Springs to Clarence and Daphne Eayrs.

Maralyn married Bob VanAlstine on Oct. 26, 1952. 'They greatly enjoyed their 54 years together serving the Lord.'

Maralyn is survived by her husband, Robert; and their three daughters, Kathy and Steve, Lorrie and Allison; sisters, Kathleen and Judy; plus seven grandsons, and eight great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family and friends.

Maralyn was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all.

The memorial service celebrating Maralyn's life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, at Bethel Baptist Church in Kalispell, with the Rev. David Pestel officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Corey Lee Earp, Joshua Steven Cox, Kelly Bruce Cox, Jeremiah Thomas GiIlespie, Nathaneal Coventry Cox, Brandon Lynn Earp, and Jedediah Van Latimer. A luncheon reception will be after the services at the church.
