Columbia Falls police issued a pair of DUI citations early Thursday. In the first, a 38-year-old man was stopped on U.S. 2 at the Glacier Inn. His was a felony DUI charge, which are issued after three prior DUI convictions. About 90 minutes later, a 23-year-old man drew the second DUI of the night when he was stopped at 13th Street and Martha Road.

The bass in the music at the downtown saloon was too loud, the caller said at about 11:30 p.m. - loud enough that her house was vibrating, she told police.
