Kalispell police responded to a report of threats on Windward Way, and ended up arresting a 45-year-old man for possession of dangerous drugs.

Having drug paraphernalia and a suspended or revoked driver's license, but not having working tail lamps, landed a 20-year-old man in jail Thursday night. His outstanding contempt warrant added to the mess.

A 37-year-old man took a gamble and lost. He was charged with his third DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked license and having no liability insurance.

DUI and no insurance got another man a couple of citations when his vehicle was spotted off the roadway on South Woodland.

Somebody got away with about $10 or $15 worth of beer from Town Pump.

Glass breakage continued, according to two Friday morning reports. A bus driver said a slider window was shattered while driving on Thursday, and a Montana Highway Patrol officer's car window could not withstand a tossed rock on Friday.

The SUV driver slid into a tree and knocked it down in front of Montana Harley Davidson on U.S. 93 South.

A couple fence posts on Seventh Street West got broken off Thursday night.

Kids heading for a fight in Lawrence Park, a passenger snorting something in a car, and a large group of kids dispersing when police arrived - it all was reported Friday.
