Columbia Falls

Columbia Falls police responded to an accident involving a hearse on U.S. 2. Two people were transported to the hospital and somebody else had to come pick up the casket.

They arrested a 19-year-old man for possessing alcohol and drug paraphernalia on Fourth Avenue West.

A drunken 40-year-old man was making a scene at a convenience store on U.S. 2. He was released to a family member, but escaped to make more trouble. He was eventually arrested for disorderly conduct.
