Woman killed in rollover

A 44-year-old Kalispell woman died Saturday evening when her pickup rolled on U.S. 2 near Marion.

The accident killed Teresa Welty, the only person in the truck, said deputy coroner Lt. Bob Provo of the Flathead County Sheriff's Office.

Welty was driving east at 7:55 p.m. when her pickup drifted off the right of the highway and rolled, ejecting her, according to the Sheriff's Office and Montana Highway Patrol.

The patrol is investigating the accident.
