They moved to Kalispell and purchased a commercial building on Main Street for investment, and became snowbirds to Quartzsite, Ariz., until his death.

Esther then moved to Washington, then Kalispell, until moving to Homer, Alaska, for six years. She came back to Kalispell and made her home at WEL-Life and Heritage Place, until her nieces, nephew and great-niece took care of her at home.

Esther loved to dance, do crossword puzzles, bake and read.

She was a classy lady, and had a sense of humor and quick wit that never failed.

Esther was well loved.
