Suspected dump-truck thief arrested

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies arrested a 31-year-old man in connection with a dump truck stolen Monday from St. Ignatius. The arrest was made on Aero Lane in Bigfork, and the truck was recovered.

A construction site on Lookout Lane, off Big Mountain Road, was vandalized. The damage was minimal.

A person was arrested after an assault at a gift shop on U.S. 2. The case is still under investigation and no other details were available.

A wallet was reported missing from the Old Steel Bridge.

A bunch of kids were reported to be drinking and smoking at a park in Hungry Horse.

A bug zapper was stolen from a house on Somers Road in Somers.

A bull got loose near Ashley Meadows.

Kids were left in a parked car with the windows rolled up and the air conditioning turned off in front of a fabric store on U.S. 2.

A naked man came walking out of the woods near the Old Steel Bridge. He walked back into the woods after someone told him to put some clothes on. Deputies were unable to find him.

A man and a woman were arguing on Lake Blaine Drive.

A driver's license and checkbook were found in the Old Steel Bridge parking lot.

A purse was stolen from a bar in Hungry Horse.
