What are those dummies doing here?

A woman reported that there were four severed dummy heads placed on the steps of a home on First Street West. The caller also told officers she was concerned about the two dogs that live in the house because she hadn't seen the Pomeranian in awhile. When the officer investigated he found one dog in good condition, but the Pomeranian was nowhere in sight.

A woman reported to Kalispell police that two girls stole the money from her tip cup at the Outback Java Shack on West Center.

A caller reported there were 25 books at the Flathead County Library with the bar-codes cut out.

A woman reported that while parked at the old Post Office on First Ave. West, someone took her handicap sticker from her rearview mirror and hid it under the driver's side seat. A note was left on the woman's car saying that she would be fined $100 for parking illegally.
